Scrambled Legs (Dillon Jennings - Tuesdays at 8:30a)

Target your legs and core with a heavy focus of proper movement patterns and muscle activation techniques

Strength & Sculpt BALA Power Rings (Shari Zisk - Wednesdays at 8:30a)

A full-body, interval-style class designed to increase strength and definition utilizing the BALA weighted rings

ARMageddon (Dillon Jennings - Thursdays at 8:30a)

A rigorous, properly balanced upper body push and pull routine, focusing on proper movement patterns

MELT Method (Shari Zisk - Thursdays at 10a)

Learn the self-care techniques to look and feel great utilizing the MELT roller and MELT balls

Sculpt Sesh (Alice Harvey - Fridays at 10a)

Music-lead strength & sculpting class that incorporates elements of dynamic strength, dance, and Pilates

 

Our brand new Team Training room has been totally repurposed to offer our members even more than before - more equipment, more space, and more ways to sweat!

Our classes are open to members and non-members, alike!

We design our group fitness classes to highlight each trainer's philosophy and style to push you safely and effectively toward your goals.

2. Make sure you are signed-up/ signed-in to your Mindbody profile

3. Show up and have fun!


When the group fitness room is not being used for one of our classes, we encourage all of our members to make the new space and equipment a part of their fitness routine. If you're a member, you already have access, including access to our Peloton bikes.
