Our group classes offer a dynamic, high-energy environment where motivation and community come together to push you further. 1 Class / Drop in : $25 per class
10 Class Package: $225 when bundled

Duo/Small Group Training
Push your limits and power through with the support of your friends—this is circuit training like you’ve never felt before. Ignite your energy in a session of 2 or 3 friends, where intensity meets variety and every movement brings you closer to your fitness goals. Designed for each group session, this fast-paced workout cycles you through strength, cardio, and core-focused stations that challenge your body from head to toe. With timed intervals, minimal rest, and ever-changing exercises, you'll build endurance, boost metabolism, and improve functional strength. Led by expert coaches who keep you motivated and moving, each session is a dynamic blend of sweat, support, and serious results. Energy Barre
Lengthen, strengthen, and sculpt in our signature barre class—a low-impact, high-results workout that blends ballet-inspired movement with Pilates, strength training, and mindfulness. Set to energizing music, this class focuses on small, precise movements, isometric holds, and high-repetition sequences to tone muscles, improve posture, and build core stability. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or a total beginner, our barre class is designed to challenge every body with graceful intensity. Expect to feel the burn, embrace the shake, and leave feeling empowered, aligned, and elevated.

StrongHer: Strength Training
Our Women’s Strength & Wellness class is thoughtfully designed for women over 40 who want to feel strong, energized, and confident in their bodies. This empowering training session focuses on functional strength, core stability, balance, and mobility—all tailored to support the unique needs of women in this stage of life. With expert guidance in a supportive, judgment-free environment, you’ll build lean muscle, boost bone density, and improve overall well-being through smart, sustainable movement. Whether you're new to fitness or returning after a break, this class helps you reconnect with your strength, one rep at a time.
Boxing Bootcamp
Unleash your power in our high-energy boxing class, where strength meets strategy and sweat fuels transformation. Designed for all fitness levels, this class combines classic boxing technique with functional conditioning to build endurance, sharpen reflexes, and boost confidence. You'll learn proper punches, footwork, and defensive moves through dynamic drills, pad work, and heavy bag combinations. Every session is set to an adrenaline-pumping playlist and led by experienced coaches who bring motivation and skill to every round. Step into the ring—physically and mentally—and leave stronger than you came in.
(We recommend bringing your own gloves/ wraps. We recommend 14-16 oz gloves for men and 12 oz gloves for women.)
Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates is a restorative class designed to reduce pain, improve mobility, and rehydrate your connective tissue through gentle, science-backed techniques. MELT helps release tension, improve alignment, and calm the nervous system—making it the perfect complement to any fitness routine or a powerful stand-alone practice. This class is ideal for anyone looking to recover from workouts, reduce chronic discomfort, or simply feel more balanced and energized in their body. Youth Strength and Agility
Our Youth Strength & Agility program is designed to help young athletes build a strong foundation in movement, coordination, and confidence. Through age-appropriate strength training, speed drills, and agility exercises, participants develop power, balance, and body control in a fun, supportive environment. Led by experienced coaches, each session focuses on proper form, injury prevention, and athletic development to enhance performance in any sport—or just promote lifelong fitness. Whether your child is new to training or looking to level up their game, this program builds both physical and mental strength from the ground up.

When the group fitness room is not being used for one of our classes, we encourage all of our members to make the new space and equipment a part of their fitness routine. If you're a member, you already have access, including access to our Peloton bikes.
