Rooted in a lifelong connection to movement and nature, Sebastian brings a unique wellness philosophy to biophilic communities—one that prioritizes pain-free, sustainable living through mindful fitness. A former collegiate and semi-professional basketball player, Sebastian endured a range of injuries and chronic joint pain. These experiences became the catalyst for his passion in fitness coaching and shaped his commitment to injury- and pain-free training methods.
For the past twelve years, Sebastian has worked with a wide spectrum of clients—from middle school athletes to competitive bodybuilders—helping individuals aged 8 to 92 move with strength, ease, and intention. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, enhance joint mobility, or elevate athletic performance, he designs personalized wellness plans that align with both your aspirations and the healing rhythms of nature.

Heath’s approach is rooted in consistency, structure, and doing the work the right way. Since 2018, he’s helped clients gain strength, build muscle, and grow confidence through focused, intentional training. His sessions are designed to challenge you while creating results that actually last.
